Wheeling, IL- Cake Smash Photography, Rose turns one with Alina Renert Photography
I loved working with Kostya, Rita and little Rose! What a wonderful family, you can feel the love they have for one another. I had been planning Rose's 1'st Birthday session with Rita for the last few months. No detail left forgotten as we planned, outfits, setups and props. Any one who's done any hiking or picnicking this year, will understand how bad mosquito's are this summer. We had planned an early morning session, had sprayed ourselves head to toe with bug repellent and even used the dryer sheets (Pinterest tip). Needless to say, having your photographer jumping in-front of you because of biting bugs can make you laugh, but when you also have an adult woman making zoo noises to make sure your little one is smiling, you can't help but laugh yourself. :)
Rose, is an absolute sweetheart! A total natural in front of the camera, full of smiles and laughs. When it was time for cake, she drove straight into it, but she wasn't the only one. Her daddy kept sneaking pieces too, so it must have been good cake! Rose had been getting over a cold, and we were worried about doing the bubble bath, first and foremost safety and well being is always my priority. In the end, we heated the water as best as we could and Rose loved it! So happy we decided to go through with the bubble bath as they turned out so cute!!
