Such a beautiful couple, they are expecting their first little one soon!! The session moved so smoothly as both took direction so well, complete naturals in front of the camera. Maternity sessions are my second most favorite sessions to newborn photography. Something so amazing about capturing these special moments between a mom and dad to be. It's not just the first pregnancy that's special, each is so different and unique. The first is the most exciting because it's all new. The second is exciting seeing your first childs wonder about becoming an older sibling and if you make it to more than two you have a heart of pure gold and have so much love to give!!

This is the first time the navy tutu skirt made it's appearance, Margarita had mentioned she loved the color blue (if you haven't noticed) and I was just about to start making a new tutu so decided to make a navy one for her session particularly. We were lucky enough that it was still warm enough (last time for the summer) to get into the water still. 

The only sad part about the session is that later on I found out Margarita has lost her shoes in the process :( 
Hoping the experience and the memories created will outweigh the loss of a good pair of heels.
