Every moment should be cherished and remembered with little ones. When Mai and Ken contacted me about photographing their little two month old Yui, I was hesitant because I usually advise waiting until the three month milestone as they are less sleepy, more expressive at this age already. I wasn't prepared what a little angle Yui would be! The session flowed so smoothly she was a perfect little model. Mai's mother came to the session as well and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to capture three generations of their growing family. Although, I do not think grandma anticipated to be in the photos and I'm only assuming this because as soon as she took her place next to Mai - she was overwhelmed with happiness and tears of joy streamed down her face...which in turn had Mai crying and even Ken. Myself...I tried to keep it together for as long as I could and managed to only let one lonely tear slip by. It was a beautiful moment to witness and capture, I'm so happy I was able to be a part of it. This is the reason I have a passion for photography, I'm amazed and awed at every session. *Photo session was done in-studio at Alina Renert Photography located in Buffalo Grove, IL.
