I was so excited to meet baby Ari, and for so many reasons. First and foremost, I am so happy for Zhenya and Sasha and the arrival of their baby boy. I've known both of them for a long time, and I don't know many couples with more love to share than these two. Ari is one lucky little guy to have them as his parents. I was also excited because I loved how Zhenya and Sasha's lifestyle maternity session had turned out. It is one of my favorite lifestyle galleries because it highlights their comfort and love with one another. Of course, we can not forget the regal Max. His presence and love for his family is apparent.
I knew that baby Ari's newborn session would be a great extension to the maternity session (see their maternity blog HERE)so we incorporated an element of lifestyle to this session as well. This is something new I'm offering for my newborn clients. It is the best of both worlds because I am able to capture more traditional, posed newborn images as well as the more relaxed, lifestyle moments in the comfort of your home. Lifestyle sessions capture the pure essence of the first days with your new baby. We all feel more comfortable in our own home and environment, leaving all the focus of the love and awe for your newborn. I bring along a select few props that are needed to create a studio look in your home. The end result is a large variety of images in your gallery to choose from.
Zhenya and Sasha's bright and airy home was the perfect backdrop to capture some beautiful memories during their first days as parents. Max was on guard over his family, and you get the sense that his very proud of his new status of big brother. Max truly loves those around him, but none more than his people - Zhenya , Sasha and, now, Ari.
The studio style images are just gorgeous. Ari is just simply perfect. Perfect skin, perfect lips, and perfectly sleepy. I especially love the family images because Ari is happiest snuggled up close and getting kisses. You can feel the love the three of them have for one another, and there is nothing better than that.
Zenia and Sasha, I am so incredibly happy for you. Ari is the perfect addition to the family. Thank you for letting me get some snuggles in with him (and Max)!
