There is a special kind of magic that happens when a family returns to my studio. Four years ago, I had the honor of photographing sweet Alina as a newborn. I was able to welcome her back—in her new role as a "big sister" to baby Daniella.

One of the most frequent questions I ask my repeat clients is: "Do you want to recreate a specific setup from your first session?" For Alina and Daniella, we did exactly that. Using the same white wooden bed and floral accents from Alina’s 2020 session, we created a 2020 vs. 2024 side-by-side comparison. Seeing how much has changed—and how much the sisters resemble one another—is enough to make any parent’s heart melt. It’s not just a photo; it’s a family heirloom.

Big sister Alina was absolutely doting. She was so gentle with Daniella, proving that the bond between sisters starts from day one. From the deep teals and soft pinks in the prop setups to the classic, minimalist family portraits against a grey backdrop, every shot reflected the peace of this new chapter for their family.
