Buffalo Grove, IL - Second Birthday Milestone with Alina Renert Photography
"Time spent with family is worth every second"
I love working with families and kids, this is the biggest reason why I fell in love with photography in the first place. These precious moments frozen in time to cherish for generations to come. This wonderful family joined me for Chloe's second birthday pictures and some family portrait updates. The weather was rather dreadful but we managed to have fun and even Chloe smiled for a few frames outside. I always stress to my clients how important it is to be in the images with your children. The portraits we take of our kids are for us, but the family pictures we take are for them, maybe not today or tomorrow but in another 15-20 years when they'll really appreciate them. When they sit down with their own children and look through family albums on these moments.
Chloe was an absolute sweetie! Her mommy was worried we wouldn't catch any real smiles and within minutes in the suburbs of cold and rainy Chicago, Chloe was smiling up a storm!
With a toasty fire and some marshmallows were enjoyed with a little bit of story time.
