Irina contacted looking for a last minute family session, and was pleased when I offered a hybrid lifestyle session since it can still be cold in April (little did we know!) I was so happy that I was able to make a few adjustments to my schedule to get them in. I love hybrid lifestyle sessions of any type because they incorporate the best of everything. I am able to get more traditional portraits, plus I am able to capture my clients in their own environment. Family hybrid lifestyle sessions are so much fun because we are able to capture your family doing the family activities you love best!

The weather on the day of this session was completely unpredictable. It started sunny and clear though cold (the high was  for 30 degrees). As I was driving to the session, it was snowing so hard that I couldn't see more than 5 feet in front of me! Luckily, that was over quickly and we had sunny, clear skies again to get some outdoor portraits of the children and the family. Followed by a sudden temperature drop and blizzard conditions again! Throw in some more sun, hail, sun and thunderstorms, and the whole day was just strange weather wise.

Indoors, however, was toasty warm and Irina made hot cocoa for Oleg, Ryaan and Phillip! Irina and Oleg are amazing parents, and are raising some great kids. There is so much love and fun in their family, and I think their hybrid lifestyle gallery really highlights those two things.

We all had so much fun during the Boyko's session. Hot cocoa, chess, billiards, and jumping on the beds! Can it get any better than that? Thank you for inviting me into your home. I hope you love your gallery as much as I do!
